Tragedy Strikes: Vigilance Urged in West London Teenagers Murder.

Updated: Jan 31

In a heart-wrenching plea for justice, the mother of Tyler Donnelly, a 19-year-old tragically found murdered in Hanworth Park, Feltham, is grappling with grief as police question three suspects. Tyler, an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan, had left his Feltham home at 9:10 pm on Wednesday, riding his bike along Elmwood Avenue before entering the park, where his life was brutally cut short.

Discovered by joggers on Thursday morning, Tyler's mother, Hollie Yates, expressed her heartbreak on Facebook, emphasizing the unjust nature of her son's murder. "He never entered that park in any violence. He was coming straight back home. He was one million per cent targeted and preyed upon, and we are going to get justice for Tyler," she stated. A GoFundMe page, raising over £7,000 in two days, highlights the devastating impact on Tyler's family.

Metropolitan Police detained three men aged 21, 27, and 32 on Sunday at various London locations, where they remain in custody. Detective Chief Inspector Brian Howie urged the public for information, particularly those in the park or on Elmwood Avenue during the incident. The Homicide Command's focus is unwaveringly on uncovering the truth behind Tyler's tragic end and identifying those responsible.

As the investigation intensifies, authorities seek witnesses who might have observed any suspicious activities or encountered Tyler.

The community is urged to come forward, whether they were in the park, driving through Elmwood Avenue, or traveling on the H25 bus route. Tyler's family and friends, devastated by the unimaginable loss, receive support from specialist officers.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police at 101, quoting 1197/25JAN. For those preferring anonymity, the independent charity Crimestoppers can be reached at 0800 555 111 or through their website crimestoppers-uk.org.

In the wake of this tragedy, a community stands united in the pursuit of justice for Tyler.
