The latest video released by the Sandy Hill YouTube Outlaw showcases his flagrant violation of road regulations, as he boldly navigates the streets on an illegal 750-watt eBike, disregarding pedal assist and relying solely on an illicitly fitted throttle. With each passing day, his audacious exploits escalate, but law enforcement seems increasingly not interested in taking the simple action of knocking on his door warning him to stop?
In a desperate and final bid for justice I have penned this fifth open letter to the
West Midlands Police Borough Commander (see 👇), urging swift action to apprehend the perpetrator and restore order to the community.
But as the Sandy Hill YouTube Outlaw continues to evade capture, questions linger about the efficacy of law enforcement in tackling such brazen acts of defiance. With public safety hanging in the balance, the pressure mounts on authorities to quell this reign of lawlessness and bring the outlaw to justice.

Despite multiple reports and letters submitted over the past few months, it is disheartening to see that no action has been taken to address the ongoing issue of illegal eBike usage in Wolverhampton.
The Sandy Lane YouTube Outlaw has once again released a video showcasing his blatant disregard for the law, this time riding an illegal 750-watt eBike up Sandy Hill lane without pedal assist, solely relying on an illegally fitted throttle.

It is crucial that decisive action is taken to address this matter and ensure the safety of our community. I urge you to intervene and advise the Sandy Lane YouTube Outlaw to cease and desist from engaging in these illegal activities.
I kindly request to be kept informed of any developments or actions taken by the authorities regarding this matter as I still want to show a positive outcome for my upcoming evehicle enforcement in Birmingham article and I still have a major tabloid asking me to let them know the outcome?
