Hi and welcome to this Jason King Insight:
A wanted fugitive with a £10'000 reward has appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court, charged with various chilling offences relating to torture he allegedly inflicted during his reign of terror as a drug dealer.
Mohammed Kazim Khan is accused of involvement in the five-hour torture of a young woman in Acocks Green in Aygust.
Khan is suspected of breaking into the victim’s room in the early hours of Saturday, August 13 last year.
Khan's girlfriend has already been convicted of her role in the extensive torture, which left the victim with significant damage, both physical and psychological.
Khan allegedly ‘continuously beat the victim', resulting in injuries to her face including a broken nose.
During the cruel ordeal the victim's hair was burnt and she was forced to strip naked. The court heard how'Bleach was poured bleach into her eyes and mouth’ and at one stage the woman was made to eat cat food and litter.
Her tormentors made off with some of her personal property was also stolen. Khan’s girlfriend is awaiting sentencing for her role.
Khan was believed to be a Class A drug dealer who administered punishment to those who paid him late. Khan is thought to be extremely dangerous and was wanted in connection with two other separate attacks, where he allegedly hit one person over the head with a hammer and slashed another with a machete.
The people of Birmingham will breathe a sigh of relief knowing that his reign of terror appears to have ended. We will keep you updated with all future developments in this case.
Well, that’s all for now. But until our next article, please stay tuned, stay informed, but most of all stay safe, and I’ll see you then.
